Saimaa Local Food Market will be held in conjunction with the 'Rantakekkerit Festival' in Sahanlahti, Puumala, in mid-July. At the market, you will find a great selection of D.O. Saimaa (Designation of Origin) ingredients and various food products from our region's small producers. Come and taste the flavors of Saimaa and purchase treats to take home. There are already fifteen local producers participating in the market. Rantakekkerit will be hosted by Finnish TV- star Sami Kuronen, and as a food enthusiast, you're sure to run into him at the market as well. Welcome to visit and have a chat!
