St Michel Race in Mikkeli, Lake Saimaa region

The annual international St Michel trotting race takes place in Mikkeli in the Lake Saimaa region in July. This prestigious event has attracted race horses and visitors from all around the world since 1981. Due to its gentle curves, the track is fastest in Finland and you may witness several new world records during the two-day event.
