Magnificent and well equipped Villa Saimaansini offers modern accommodation throughout the year. In the Villa there are beds up to 10 person. Two convertible couches act as extra beds, which provide beds for up to 4 more persons. The kitchen is well equipped and suitable for a demanding chef as well. We have a boat ramp, which allows the launch of a boat to the water. Around the ramp there is a wide and spacious parking space. A breathtaking scenery over the lake and the rocks opens behind the Villa. A big backyard terrace and the patio of the lakeside sauna offer a possibility to organize a memorable get-together or unforgettable festivities. Villa offers potential to organize relaxation days of enterprises, business and client meetings, holiday trips for companies and private persons. Villa Saimaansini comprises of 140 m2 of floor area. Inside the Villa you will find 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the utility room, 2 toilets, a bathroom, a sauna and a sauna by the lake. Covered terrace upstairs on the frontyard, small open terrace upstairs and a spacious terrace on the backyard. In addition to a well equipped kitchen, we have a gas grill for BBQ cooking, and a fireplace for more traditional cooking experience by fire. Remote work is possible: In the Villa there is 100 Mb/s, WLAN, cable-TV, geothermal and floor heating.
