Sup Yoga is a great way to get fit and relaxed, surrounded by the pristine waters of Lake Saimaa. It also serves as an effective way to enhance muscles strength and coordination, as well as balance and agility. Our lesson will depend on the prevailing weather conditions and the experience of the participants in stand up paddling. Please note that everybody must know how to swim to take part in this activity. Why not try out something completely new and different – a challenge for your whole body!
